Request a Group Visit
We welcome group visits from schools, universities and partner organisations who'd like to discover our campus, research, and community first-hand.
A one-day visit is the best way for prospective students to see what studying at KAUST is really like — from our world-class research facilities to life on our Red Sea campus. Our Student Recruitment team will shape the day around your group's interests, whether that's a particular research area, funding and admissions, or student life.
What a visit can include:
- A guided tour of the campus and research facilities
- An introduction to our fully funded Master's and PhD programmes
- The chance to meet faculty, current students and our recruitment team
- Answers to your questions about applying, funding and life at KAUST
Before you request: To help us plan the best possible day, please submit your request at least 4 weeks in advance. Group visits are best suited to groups of 15 or more. Visits are generally scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once we've received your request, our team will be in touch to confirm the details.
Submission does not confirm the visit; the Student Recruitment team will contact the requester regarding availability and next steps
