KAUST Education Passport Program Application

Hello Future Education Passport Program participant,

To begin the KAUST Education Passport Program process, please complete the online application using the below steps.

Please follow these steps:

1. Click Here Education Passport Program 
2. You will be directed to a Page (the header says VSRP, but don’t worry – it’s the right link!)
3. Create an account in the application system
4. When you finish the account creation, you will then be directed to the appropriate link regarding the Education Passport Program (June 21 – 26, 2025)
5. Complete all required fields **Remember… if it says KAUST Visiting Student Research Program Application at the top of the page, you are filling in the correct form!
6. Once you have completed the application and are satisfied with your answers, please click the "Submit" button.

**IMPORTANT** After submission, you will not be able to make changes to your online application.
